Chef Shen teaches Aiken 3 super easy dishes that anyone can make with the help of a secret ingredient!

1. Chicken Satay Stir Fry 1:35

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Satay Rempah
- 30g oil
- 30g Knorr SavorRich
- (A)
15g corn starch
5g vegetable oil
5g sugar
1 tablespoon Knorr SavorRich
5g salt
6 boneless chicken thighs cut into 3cm cubes

Recipe:
- Mix all the ingredients in (A).
- In a pan, heat 30g of vegetable oil and 1 stalk of lemongrass.
- Add the chicken cubes and stir fry till browned.
- Add the satay rempah and 30g of SavorRich to the pan. Combine well and serve.

2. Chicken Porridge 6:45

Ingredients:
- (A)
100g jasmine rice
50g white glutinous rice
- (B)
600g water
60g SavorRich
- (C)
15g corn starch
5g vegetable oil
5g sugar
1 tablespoon Knorr SavorRich
5g salt
6 boneless chicken thighs cut into 3cm cubes

Recipe:
- Soak (A) in about 50g of water and freeze for 24 hours
- Place (A)+(B) in a rice cooker and use the porridge function. Whisk from time to time.
- Mix all the ingredients in (C).
- Place (C) into the rice cooker during the last 10 minutes. Serve with coriander and spring onions.

3. Fish & Chips 10:35

Ingredients:
- 4 filets of red snapper/grouper/white flesh fish
- Fish Marinade (A)
3 tbsp SavorRich
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp black ground pepper

- Batter (B)
140g plain flour
40g potato starch
40g rice flour
1 egg
10g baking powder
15g lime juice
100g cold water

Recipe:
- Mix all the ingredients in (A) with the fish and leave in fridge for at least 1 hour
- Mix (B) lightly with a chopstick, does not matter if there are clumps
- Heat oil in pan until it reaches 180 degrees
- Dredge the fish in plain flour and then dip into the batter. Place gently into hot oil and fry until golden brown.
