President Cyril Ramaphosa will today deliver the eulogy at the funeral of King Victor Thulare of the BaPedi Kingdom.
Kgoshikgolo Thulare Thulare The Third died on the 6th of January at the age of 40.
He will be laid to rest in Sekhukhuneland, in Limpopo.
The King will receive a Special Official Funeral.
